The Manager provides the administrative support to the Sales Associates and Assistant Manager by providing products to all customers and maintaining a conducive work environmentTo accomplish these tasks, the Manager works closely with the Assistant Manager, General Manager, Sales Associates, Home Office Personnel and customersREPORTS TO:

Assistant Manager and Sales Associates ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Ensures that all activities conform to Trexcon policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively and appropriately with all staff membersReact to change productively and handle other tasks as assignedRemains flexible in daily routineSupport the mission statement and Core Values of TrexconGive fast, friendly customer serviceFinalize daily paperworkInterviewing and hiring of potential employeesComplete regular evaluation on Assistant Manager and Sales AssociatesDiscipline and dismissal of Sales Associates and Assistant ManagerDevelop work schedules for Sales Associates and Assistant Manager maintaining total hours at or below the budget hours for that locationOrganize training of new employeesRead and respond to email, text messages and intra-mail on a daily basisReconcile Sales Associate and Assistant Manager time punches and payroll reports and submit to the Home Office as per policyOrder products from approved vendorsKeep track of daily fuel sales and inventoryEstablish communication with Home Office Personnel to assist with procedural issuesEstablish communications with the Maintenance Department to assist with repairsKeep the building and dispensers clean and in working orderKeep the inside of the store clean and product merchandised for immediate saleOrganize and execute regular store meetingsAttend management team meetingsDAILY DUTIES:
Maintain a clean parking lot (sweeping, hosing & picking up trash)Wipe down gas dispensersCheck in vendors using the current scanning processRestock coolers and freezersSweep & Mop floorsStock and clean roller grillsStock & front products on shelvesClean and stock fountain and coffee areasClean restroomsBag iceEmpty trash containers inside and outside of the storeCheck in gas deliveriesPick up outside trashClean sidewalks and parking lotsClean donut caseAdhere to and perform duties as defined in the Restaurant Manager job description if applicableAccurately perform money transaction on the registerOther duties as assigned by the General ManagerPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
Requires prolonged standingRequires physical exertion to manually move, lift at least 55 lbs., carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materialsOccasional stooping, bending, reaching and climbing ladders or step stoolsRequires some travel.
